Founder & CEO
Bishop Roberto C. Mallari, D.D.
Pope Benedict XVI appointed Bishop Roberto Calara Mallari as bishop of San Jose on May 15, 2012. Prior to the new appointment, he served as Auxiliary Bishop of San Fernando, Pampanga, since Jan. 14, 2006. He was born on March 27, 1958, in Masantol, Pampanga. He was ordained a priest on Nov. 27, 1982.

Co-Founder and Executive Director
Fr. Richard P. Lagos, MA,EMAS
He finished his Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy and Minor in Psychology at the University of La Salette - Silang Campus. He took up his Masters in Sacred Theology Major in Historico-Canonico-Liturgico-Pastoral Studies at San Carlos Seminary Graduated School of Theology in Makati City. He also obtained his Executive Masters in Addiction Studies at Asia Metropolitan University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was ordained as a priest on June 21, 2014.

Program Manager
Christopher G. Bautista, MI, ICPS
He underwent trainings and seminars from the Colombo Plan International Center for Credentialing Addiction Professionals (ICCE). He earned his certifications as International Certified Prevention Specialist and a certified Motivational Interviewer from Asia Metropolitan University in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

Administrative Assistant
John Mark Quianzon
He voluntarily joined the HOPE Program in August 2020. After 6 months in the program, he continued to serve the community as a volunteer – in charge of administrative tasks. He is an Electronics Engineer but spent most of his career in financial institutions and in sales. He is now happily living in Nueva Ecija with his wife and 3 children.

Social Worker
Raymond Dolera, RSW
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Southern Leyte State University - Maasin City Campus SY: 2018 – 2019 and earned his license as a Registered Social Worker in the same year. He completed his on the job training at the Diocesan Social Action Center - Maasin City as Community Organizer. He also worked at Tulay ng Kabataan Foundation before coming to HOPE.

Counselor
April Joy Casono, RGC
Coach April earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Miriam College in 2006 and earned her master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling in 2010 in the same institution. She has been practicing and earning her experience in the field of mental health and wellness as a Registered Guidance Counselor for more than 10 years already.

Family Recovery Coach
Bro. Jhon Lhyrrie Guerwela, FRC
He is a full-time Catechist and Liturgist at HOPE center and Shrine of the Holy Face Of Jesus, Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija. He took Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Education at Pamantasan Ng Lungsod Ng San Pablo and Bachelor of Arts in Classical Philosophy at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Seminary. He underwent training and seminar at Asia Metropolitan University and obtained Certification as Family Recovery Coach.

Resident Monitor
Kristopher Jake Haddad
He studied at the University of the Visayas in Cebu City and now working as a Volunteer Monitor at HOPE Foundation after finishing his 6 months program in October 2019. He obtained a TESDA National Certificate Il in Computer Systems Servicing, Tile-setting and Shielded Metal Arc Welding.

Resident Monitor
Allan Javier
He graduated from the HOPE Program in 2019. He pursued vocational education in Computer System Servicing through TESDA partnership. He is now working as a volunteer staff and monitor to continue his journey in recovery and to be able to share his experiences and learnings to the new residents.
